SnowProjector offers free standard shipping to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, the United States and Australia.

Delivery and tracking

Estimated delivery is 10–13 business days from ordering. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Carrier delays, customs checks and busy periods may affect this estimate. We email your order confirmation and send tracking details when available.

Delivery support

Please check your address before payment. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a delivery is late, missing or damaged, email soaresdunnescommerce@outlook.com with your order number. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Supplier arrangements and taxes

We have contractual arrangements with our suppliers concerning tax handling. These arrangements do not override applicable tax law or remove any obligations legally placed on SnowProjector. Any applicable taxes and charges collected by us are disclosed before payment. For questions about the treatment of a particular shipment, contact us before ordering.
